A few rental tips you need to know regarding our hotel policies:
- We are a non-smoking, 16 and over property.. sorry, not little ones.
- All rooms are DOUBLE occupancy (Note: The Garden Suite can accommodate a third person at an additional nightly rate).
- All rooms have A/C and private bathrooms with* professional* blow dryers!!!
- Hot, homemade breakfast included and served daily at 8:00 a.m.
- All rooms have minimum stay requirements, but if there is a gap between reservations, we will allow shorter stays.
- Our online direct booking Calendar is up to date.
- Please call us directly if you need help booking @ 340-779-4731
- Check-in time 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. / check-out 10:00 a.m.
- Cancellations: 60 or more days from check-in receives a 75% deposit refund; if less than 60 days, guests forfeit deposit.
- We do NOT refund for inclement weather or " circumstances" beyond our control. ****We DO recommend "cancel for any reason" travel insurance for these reasons.****
- We do not have television, but we do have free Wi-Fi throughout the property.
- We have parking for your car rentals.
- Are you vegetarian, gluten free, or vegan? Not a problem! Just let us know of your dietary restrictions.

P.S... 2022 reservations, we do recommend making dinner reservations prior to arrival .. the rules allow 50% capacity and the island has been very busy...
